Green Mangoes - 1/2 Kg
Water - 4 cup
Cumin Seed - 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 3 tablespoon
Mint Leaves - 3 tablespoon
Broken Ice - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Preparation Method for Aam Panna:
Step-01:
Boil mangoes with water in a pan and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Step-02:
Drain off the water and then peel and take out the pulp of mango with a spoon.
Step-03:
Keep the pulp aside in a bowl, now roast and grind the cumin seeds.
Step-04:
Add roasted and ground cumin, water, sugar, salt, and chili and whisk thoroughly.
Step-05:
Stir in the mint and whisk again.
Step-06:
Pour into serving jug and pour some broken ice or ice cubes

Ingredients for Almond Honey Milk:
Almonds - 1/2 cup
Milk - 2 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Vanilla - 1/2 teaspoon

Step-01:
Add almonds in a blender and blend until a fine puree is formed.

Add 2 cups of milk to the puree and continue to beat till the milk and puree blends in completely.

Grape Juice - 4 cups
Orange Zest - 3-4 pieces
Cardamom - 3-4 no's

Water - 2 cups
Salt - A pinch (optional)
Preparation Method for Angoor (Grape) Sharbat:
Step-01:
Tie the zest, cardamom seeds and cloves in a small piece of Museline cloth.
Step-02:
Place the grape juice and honey in a pan and cook over medium heat.
Step-03:
Remove it from the fire when it about to boil (do not let it boil properly).
Step-04:
Add the things which we tied in a muslin cloth and cinnamon stick and cover.
Step-05:
Set aside to be cooled and then remove the muslin cloth tied things and cinnamon stick chill it.

Whenever to be served add water, mix and serve cold.
